Overview

This role involves maintaining existing business relationships and providing additional value through iCIMS solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

In Short

  • Proactively solicit and drive new business within assigned accounts.
  • Build and monitor a sales pipeline to achieve quotas.
  • Lead the contract renewal process with various internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data.
  • Uncover customer business issues and craft value-based proposals.
  • Research target accounts to link product value to customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain current product knowledge.
  • Prepare presentations, demonstrations, and sales contracts.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews to understand client needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management or sales experience in SaaS.
  • Proven success in achieving retention and growth sales quotas.
  • Strong sales acumen and drive in a quota-responsible environment.
  • Ability to build relationships and uncover opportunities.
  • Negotiation skills to navigate customer organizations.
  • Effective presentation and objection-handling skills.
  • Able to influence multiple layers within organizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
