Overview

The Principal Global Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing joint go‐to‐market strategies with business partners across multiple industries. This role requires a well-rounded individual with excellent sales, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

In Short

  • Define and manage partner strategy with GSI’s in EMEA.
  • Drive partnerships and nurture relationships with GSIs.
  • Design and execute GTM models and business plans.
  • Collaborate with regional sales organizations.
  • Ensure GSI meets contractual obligations with CF.
  • Build interlock between Partner community and CF sales org.
  • Own operational side of GTM including forecast and pipeline.
  • Identify and develop account targets.
  • Build a world-class partner ecosystem in EMEA.
  • Role requires EMEA travel, 30-50%.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and strong preference for a second European language.
  • 8+ years experience in managing Alliances with GSI firms.
  • Track record in Cybersecurity partnerships.
  • Ability to create credible business cases.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Deal maker with negotiation abilities.
  • Team player with strong drive.
  • Cultural awareness and global workforce experience.
