Overview

Sayari is seeking a highly motivated Vice President of Commercial Sales to lead its sales team in the AMER region, focusing on driving revenue and managing key client relationships.

In Short

  • Oversee all Commercial Enterprise sales personnel in AMER region.
  • Manage and mentor Sales Directors and individual contributors.
  • Establish performance management standards.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly sales forecasting.
  • Build relationships with client executives.
  • Support complex client negotiations.
  • Execute against revenue targets.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Ops teams.
  • Travel required up to 25%.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in Commercial Enterprise sales.
  • 10+ years in sales management, including second line management experience.
  • Experience in selling data, analytics, and software solutions.
  • Proven track record in executing complex sales processes.
  • Consistent achievement of revenue expectations.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
