Overview

The Director, New Business Development – Consumer Panel will play a critical role in securing new customers and supporting NielsenIQ’s strategic growth goals through effective sales and account management.

In Short

  • Responsible for meeting revenue targets and executing sales initiatives.
  • Perform lead generation and account management activities.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to address client needs.
  • Manage relationships with 100-300 unique clients and prospects.
  • Conduct software demos and marketing campaigns to identify potential clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support sales efforts.
  • Forecast revenue on respective client base.
  • Participate in team projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in NielsenIQ services and tools.
  • Willingness to travel to remote client locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 5-8+ years of consultative selling experience.
  • Experience with NielsenIQ, Numerator, or Circana data preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills and a positive attitude.
  • Aggressive self-starter who adapts quickly to change.
  • Ability to prioritize and achieve goals with discipline.
  • Enjoys tackling complex business challenges.
  • Familiarity with NielsenIQ tools is a plus.
