Overview

As a Director of Sales, you will lead large, complex sales engagements across NIQ’s portfolio of measurement solutions for both existing and new clients in the Beauty & Health vertical.

In Short

  • Lead sales engagements and develop commercial strategies.
  • Build and deepen relationships with senior-level clients.
  • Achieve sales quotas and manage pipeline health.
  • Oversee delivery of analytics and solutions to clients.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Manage client contracts and negotiations.
  • Coach and guide consulting teams.
  • Represent NIQ in external engagements.
  • Develop ROI-based recommendations for clients.
  • Drive consultative selling skills and client strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of consultative selling experience.
  • Ability to develop relationships with C-suite clients.
  • Successful track record in sales results and pipeline management.
  • Experience in proposal development and negotiation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Expertise in OTC & Healthcare verticals is a plus.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach in a dynamic team environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability for results.
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
