The platform supports healthcare providers from initial patient engagement through scheduling, intake, payments, and post-visit interactions - offering a comprehensive, modular solution that integrates with a wide range of EMR / practice management systems. The business is entering its next phase of growth, with strong product-market fit and a clear path to scale.

In Short

  • Lead and manage the sales function with a focus on direct provider sales and indirect reseller/referral channels.
  • Drive revenue by engaging in strategic deals and ensuring the team meets revenue targets.
  • Implement a repeatable, data-driven sales process and accurate forecasting model.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on SEO and lead-warming campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline beyond inbound reliance.
  • Upgrade talent within the sales team and establish accountability standards.
  • Operate in a player-coach capacity balancing leadership with hands-on involvement.
  • Experience in healthcare SaaS or similar environments preferred.
  • Exposure to channel/partner sales models is a plus.
  • High visibility role reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building pipeline and driving new business.
  • Experience selling into complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrated success with sales process implementation and CRM rigor.
  • Ability to assess and improve sales team performance.
  • Experience in healthcare SaaS or similar environments preferred.
  • Background in adjacent industries such as payments or revenue cycle management.
  • Exposure to channel/partner sales models is a plus.
