Overview

This is a critical, newly created hybrid role born from significant department growth. The Regional Systems Manager (Sales Engineer) is a high-impact position responsible for driving the growth of the Systems and Automation division.

In Short

  • Drive the growth of material handling Systems & Automation product sales.
  • Create and design warehouse systems and racking solutions.
  • Present financial benefits, including ROI, to customers.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Racking, Mezzanine, and conveyor projects.
  • Collaborate with the Auto-CAD team for accurate drawings.
  • Manage project correspondence throughout the project life cycle.
  • Local travel to customer sites for presentations and installations.
  • Expectation of 3 days per week spent at customer sites or in the office.
  • Hybrid work schedule blending office time, customer site visits, and remote coordination.
  • Relocation assistance offered to attract the best talent.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in material handling and equipment sales.
  • Deep knowledge of the material handling or static warehouse solutions industry.
  • Skilled in working with financials and proving profitability.
  • Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of systems and automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of CAD technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
