Overview

The Vice President of Sales at RapidFort will lead sales efforts to drive revenue growth, build a high-performing sales team, and establish a predictable revenue engine in the cybersecurity industry.

In Short

  • Lead and close strategic enterprise deals.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • Sell to CISOs, DevSecOps leaders, and platform engineering teams.
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and standards.
  • Implement structured forecasting and sales operating cadence.
  • Recruit and mentor high-performing Account Executives.
  • Expand RapidFort’s customer base and ARR.
  • Drive expansion across the installed base.
  • Build systems and processes for scaling to $100M+ ARR.
  • Work closely with the CRO to enhance revenue strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in closing large enterprise cybersecurity deals.
  • Experience in scaling sales at Series A/B cybersecurity companies.
  • Expertise in building territories and sales processes.
  • Comfortable selling to CISOs and multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Experience with container security, cloud-native infrastructure, and DevSecOps.
