Overview

The Strategic Account Manager – eCommerce plays a pivotal role in driving digital sales growth, profitability, and market share across a diverse portfolio of product categories within the Business-to-Consumer (Retail) channel.

In Short

  • Own the day-to-day executional management of established accounts.
  • Monitor and improve digital shelf performance.
  • Activate and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues with Vendor Central.
  • Develop and execute joint promotional calendars.
  • Maintain relationships with eTailer contacts.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Assist in reporting on performance and traffic data.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with changing tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales or account management experience.
  • Experience with direct eCommerce accounts.
  • Proven analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong track record of driving results.
  • Willingness to travel 20% or more.
