Overview

As a Multi-Family Business Development Manager for our Moen brand, you will be developing a market strategy focused on owners, contractors, developers, architects, and property managers to expand market share in the Austin area.

In Short

  • Develop market strategies to expand market share.
  • Work with territory managers and support wholesalers.
  • Strong experience in outside sales and account management required.
  • Travel overnight approximately once a month.
  • Manage budgets and develop business case proposals.
  • Achieve annual sales plans and deliver results.
  • Mentor territory managers and improve sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competition.
  • Maximize sales opportunities with strategic customers.
  • Provide a company car, laptop, and cell phone.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts with key accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market conditions.
  • Flexibility to travel and work non-standard hours.
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
