Overview

The Country Sales Manager for the Alpine region will be responsible for setting and executing the company’s strategy, leading the sales team, and ensuring the fulfillment of sales targets through effective orchestration of business activities.

  • Support account executives in acquiring new key accounts.
  • Develop and implement channel strategies with the PAM team.
  • Enhance customer relationships and expand business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics regularly.
  • Prepare and present internal business cases to senior management.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for account strategy development.
  • Document and plan activities to achieve sales goals.
  • Utilize CRM tools for tracking sales activities and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management.
  • Strong understanding of channel strategy development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze and present sales performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably SFDC.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
