The Country Manager - Sales will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the sales strategy in the US. This leadership position entails managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong customer relationships while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff to elevate their skills and performance.
  • Implement effective sales processes, tools, and technologies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders within the US.
  • Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, pipeline, and market share, to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Education: Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years Sales Experience
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably as a Country Manager or in a similar position with responsibility for national sales management.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in manufacturing companies is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating a sales team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, complemented by a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in the following preferred: DI (Ductile Iron) Pipe, GRP(Glass Reinforced Plastic) pipes, HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) pipes, OPVC (Oriented Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes, and Waste Water Systems.
