Overview

The Business Development Manager II will support global growth by sourcing new opportunities with current customers and prospects, guiding them through the sales process to closing.

In Short

  • Source new sales opportunities with current customers and prospects in the USA.
  • Exceed revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Support resellers with enablement to drive new sales opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to drive continuous improvement.
  • Become a product and industry expert in industrial AR & VR applications.
  • Work on small to mid-size accounts under some supervision.
  • Facilitate successful negotiation and winning of key tenders.
  • Maintain full knowledge of assigned product/service lines.
  • Collaborate with vendor operational, sales, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think entrepreneurially and demonstrate independence.
  • Highly motivated team player thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using professional CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
