We are looking for a skilled and motivated Flow Cytometer Systems and Cell Sorting equipment Field Service Engineer to provide exceptional technical support and repairs in clinical settings.

• Perform onsite installation, modification, and maintenance of flow cytometer systems.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for laboratory instrumentation.
• Document repair information and maintain accurate service records.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a servicing role.
• Strong understanding of service documentation processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
• Physical ability to lift and carry equipment as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
• Experience in a medical or science-related environment preferred.
