Overview

The Vendor Accounting Analyst II is responsible for managing relationships with vendor partners, handling accounts payable and receivable, and performing account analyses and reconciliations to minimize reserve risk.

• Manage relationships with TD SYNNEX vendor partners.
• Conduct account analyses and reconciliations.
• Review corporate invoices for non-trade vendor accounts.
• Reconcile corporate credit cards and employee expenses.
• Process daily payment runs and check requests.
• Prepare payment forecasts and assist with trending analysis.

• Scrutinize and report errors on daily audit reports.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Associate Degree required.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.
• Effective interaction with higher levels of management.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines.
