The Services Sales Lead is responsible for planning and executing the sales strategy of the Services portfolio, focusing on Collaborative Support Services and Professional Services, while driving revenue and market share growth.

  • Build and scale solution offerings for re-sellers and vendors.
  • Manage the Services Business Unit portfolio and vendor onboarding.
  • Accountable for P&L for European Services.
  • Focus on leadership succession planning and talent development.
  • Align procurement and vendor strategies for optimized availability.
  • Enable sales teams to increase market share.
  • Address profitability issues related to P&L targets.
  • Frequent travel required (25%).
  • Remote work option available.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience managing employees.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Able to build effective working relationships.
  • Adaptable to new systems and technology.
