Overview

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing high-level on-site technical service and support to clients, focusing on the testing, diagnosing, repairing, and documenting services of Dynex Technologies products.

• Provide on-site technical service and support.

Requirements

• AS degree in electronic technology or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Dependable and self-motivated.
• Ability to document service results effectively.
• Experience with CRM/service software.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in field/main office/laboratory conditions.
• Must meet physical requirements as per NIOSH standards.
