Overview

The Field Service Engineer will provide high-level on-site technical service and support to clients, responsible for testing, diagnosing, repairing, and documenting services of Dynex Technologies products.

In Short

  • On-site technical service and support for Dynex products.
  • Travel within East Coast territory including GA, NC, SC, TN, KY, MS, AL, and FL.
  • Communicate effectively with customers for satisfaction.
  • Complete service reports and documentation promptly.
  • Maintain organization and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in CRM/service software and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to travel 60-99% of the time.
  • Work in field, office, and laboratory conditions.
  • Meet NIOSH standards for physical requirements.

Requirements

  • AS degree in electronic technology or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivated.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks from multiple sources.
  • Experience with CRM/service software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Complete service orders and customer surveys on-site.
  • Document all service activities and customer interactions.
