• Probo Medical is seeking a Field Service Engineer with PET-CT experience.
• The position is home office-based with travel to regional customer locations.
• Responsibilities include installation, repair, maintenance, and calibration of diagnostic imaging devices.
• Train medical staff on the use of imaging equipment.
• Document all inspections and repairs performed on equipment.
• Work with service software and respond to support services.
• Participate in educational programs to maintain technical aptitude.
• Must be able to lift items up to 100 lbs.
• On-call service coverage may be required.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.

Requirements

• Degree in electronics, biomedical engineering, or equivalent.
• Five years' experience servicing PET-CT equipment.
• Experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic equipment.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and network technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and on-call service schedule.
• High degree of mechanical aptitude.
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Adherence to customer requirements for facility access.
