  • Provide on-call technical support and contribute to process improvements.
  • Travel up to 80% per year for field operations.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B customer-facing experience.
  • Strong technical foundation in electrical and mechanical fields.

Requirements

  • University or college studies in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer programs and PC configuration.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting technical information.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to various environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in confined spaces.
