Overview

As a Customer Service Engineer, you will provide top-level on-site service support for medical imaging products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to the success of product launches.

In Short

  • Provide on-site service support for medical imaging equipment.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care Center for troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Embrace new technology and enhance customer service skills.
  • Participate in product launches in the US market.
  • Build competence in technical assistance and support.
  • Escalate challenges for quick resolution of issues.
  • Install diagnostic imaging equipment in designated regions.
  • Attend service training courses as needed.

Requirements

  • Must live in or near the posting location.
  • Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic imaging equipment principles.
  • Previous field service experience preferred.
  • Relevant IT skills, including Windows and network communication.
  • Strong customer communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (at least 75%).
