Overview

As a Customer Service Engineer at United Imaging, you will provide top-level on-site service support for advanced medical imaging products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to the success of product launches.

In Short

  • Provide on-site service support for medical imaging equipment.
  • Work with the Customer Care Center for troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Embrace new technology in customer service.
  • Participate in product launches in the US market.
  • Build competence in technical assistance and support.
  • Escalate challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Install diagnostic imaging equipment in the region.
  • Attend service training courses in the US and overseas.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic imaging equipment principles and configurations.
  • Previous field service experience preferred.
  • IT skills with competence in Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (at least 75%).
