Overview

The Application Specialist – Computed Tomography will provide on-site application education for Computed Tomography (CT), including demonstration, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications.

• Provide on-site application education for Computed Tomography (CT).
• Deliver customer consultancy and support in workflow improvements.
• Provide professional applications support for resolving customer complaints.
• Support sales team with product demonstrations and clinical case studies.
• Assist in developing application training courses.
• Support the R&D/CRM process with customer needs and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computed Tomography.
• Computed Tomography ARRT Certification.
• 5+ years of experience as a radiological technologist.
• 3+ years of experience as an application specialist in CT.
• CT Cardiac Scanning experience is a plus.
• Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
