Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for maintaining diagnostic tools that directly influence patient health and well-being, working in a fully remote capacity.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 3 years of equivalent experience.
• 1 year experience in diagnosing and repairing equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• 2+ years of advanced troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Technical college major in biomed, engineering, or related is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and SharePoint is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
