Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will have a commercial focus with a strong mix of analytical, strategic, and relational skillsets to drive growth strategies and achieve in-category growth targets.

  • Experience in business development and building products preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in identifying new business models and revenue streams.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
