  • CloudBees is looking for a Strategic Account Executive in the Atlanta/Charlotte area.
  • Experience selling software solutions into enterprise organizations is required.
  • Responsible for generating, developing, and closing new CloudBees on-premise.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline while cross-selling solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate CloudBees value to prospective customers.
  • Work collaboratively with Regional SIs, AWS, and GCP.
  • Gain trust and create long-term partnerships with key accounts.
  • Utilize the MEDDPICC framework for qualifying leads.
  • Focus on driving enterprise growth in assigned territory.
  • Proactive research and networking into top prospect companies.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in enterprise IT or software sales.
  • Experience with DevOps related software and Java middleware preferred.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving sales goals.
  • Experience in selling complex deals to multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC deal qualification framework.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and team player mentality.
  • Understanding of Salesforce.com and other sales tools.
  • Can-Do attitude and adaptability.
  • Effective communication and listening skills.
  • Integrity, curiosity, and creativity in problem-solving.
