• Guide offshore and consultant development teams.
• Conduct reviews of solution designs and implementations.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends.
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and workflows.
• Experience in Salesforce development and technical debt reduction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
