The Channel Manager will drive growth and execution of Certinia’s strategic alliance with Salesforce and key Services Partners across EMEA, focusing on technology innovation and customer-focused thought leadership.

Lead partners in developing initiatives to drive opportunity pipeline.
Develop pipeline generation plans with marketing teams.

Establish relationships between Certinia's leadership and partners.
Enable partner field teams on Certinia offerings.
Collaborate with partner teams in North America and APAC.
Identify opportunities to scale efficiencies across projects.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its partner ecosystem.
Experience in building go-to-market plans and measuring execution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
10-12 years of experience in professional services, SaaS, ERP, or CRM.
Direct sales/business development experience with solution-selling knowledge.
Ability to identify new initiatives with Salesforce.
Strong foundation in enablement/training and pipeline development.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
