Carbyne is on a mission to help Public Safety Agencies save lives by providing emergency collaboration technologies. We are looking for a driven AT&T East Region Partner Manager to build strategic relationships and drive sales through our partnership with AT&T.

In Short

  • Lead relationships with AT&T in the Eastern U.S. and Canada.
  • Develop strategic account plans with AT&T.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy and revenue growth.
  • Oversee onboarding and sales engagement processes.
  • Assist in creating go-to-market materials.
  • Align Carbyne and AT&T sales motions.
  • Manage complex sales campaigns from introduction to closure.
  • Provide feedback to AT&T technical teams.
  • Support and mentor partners in sales efforts.
  • Forecast and manage opportunities to achieve revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner management and B2B sales.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in managing sales campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the public safety or technology sectors is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of the AT&T ecosystem is advantageous.
