Overview

The Partner Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our partner ecosystem across the APAC region, driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and ensuring mutual success for MariaDB and its partners.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a strategic partner management plan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Identify and recruit new partners.
  • Collaborate with partners on go-to-market strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide feedback.
  • Negotiate and manage partner agreements.
  • Represent MariaDB at industry events.
  • Work closely with internal teams for alignment.
  • Travel within the APAC region as needed.

Requirements

  • Singaporean citizen or permanent resident.
  • 10+ years of experience in partner management.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC market.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven ability to create and execute strategic plans.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
