Partner Relations Manager - APAC - Remote

Overview

Boku Inc. is seeking an experienced Partner Relations Manager to manage relationships with payment providers and mobile carriers in the APAC region, contributing to the company's growth in local mobile-first payment solutions.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day partner relationships in the region.
• Monitor and follow up on pending issues.
• Analyze and monitor KPIs related to issuer connections.
• Participate in optimization programs for issuer connections.
• Support business development in the pre-sales phase.
• Collaborate with partners to launch and support merchants.
• Prepare periodical business reviews.
• Occasional business travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payments/fintech/e-commerce.
• Experience supporting technical partnerships and integrations.
• Business proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu/Indonesian.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau and JIRA is a plus.
