Overview

In this position, you’ll play a critical part in advancing Carbyne’s mission! Here's your chance to join our Global Operations team in order to implement, integrate and deploy our real-time emergency service platforms to our clients, including 911 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) organizations.

In Short

• Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers focused on delivering successful deployments and exceptional customer service.
• Plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployment projects for our cloud call-handling solutions.
• Provide advanced technical training and knowledge transfer to customers throughout the deployment process.
• Be a trusted advisor to our customers, providing ongoing support during deployment.
• Continuously improve our deployment processes and documentation.
• Work effectively across internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong technical experience in deployment and integration of SaaS products.
• Experience in leading teams and managing project delivery.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
