Requirements

• Experience in technical support or NOC roles.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and service monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work evening and night shifts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Digi devices and FortiGate firewalls.
• Experience with incident management.
• Ability to follow detailed documentation.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Desire to grow skills in cloud infrastructure.
