Overview

The International Channel Sales Manager role will drive new sales with Reselling Partners, Channel Partner recruitment within the region, and serve as an extension of the Canto Global Channel and Partnerships team throughout Europe.

In Short

  • Deliver and execute the company’s Channel strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue goals across Europe.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Direct Sellers and Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive the onboarding process for new strategic partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance.
  • Stay informed on European market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years Sales or Account Management experience.
  • 2+ years experience in New Partner Recruitment and Partner Management.
  • SaaS industry experience preferred.
  • Professional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • German language skills a significant plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
