Overview

Canto is looking for a Sales Engineer to join our fast-growing team. The role is an integral part of our growth story and is vital to the success & further growth of our global sales teams.

In Short

  • Partner with Account Executives to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with C-level executives.
  • Deep understanding of the Canto platform to handle objections and lead successful evaluation cycles.
  • Drive the discovery process to uncover customer business objectives and current pains.
  • Ensure customers understand how Canto protects organizations with its security program.
  • Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations of our platform.
  • Guide customers through the evaluation process ensuring solution meets business objectives.
  • Provide internal product training for the sales team.
  • Contribute to the success of a rapidly growing organization.
  • Act as a liaison between Product and Sales, sharing customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics, Business Administration, IT or Sciences.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar Solutions/ Sales Engineering role.
  • Strong technical understanding is a must.
  • Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills in both English and German.
  • Consultative approach to help prospects overcome technical and security obstacles.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise MarTech SaaS ecosystem.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Global mindset and team player.
