Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Lead at BizAway, you will contribute to the growth and success of the Sales Team by leading a small team and closing high-value deals.

In Short

  • Lead negotiations with potential clients from first touchpoint to implementation.
  • Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
  • Present solutions to various stakeholders in long sales cycles.
  • Support account onboarding process with the CS team.
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Sales Executives to achieve quotas.
  • Work with SEs on high-value deals.
  • Forecast Sales Revenue and maintain pipeline visibility.
  • Collaborate with the SDR Team to improve lead generation quality.

Requirements

  • Excellent level of English; Italian is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience as a top-performing AE selling to large accounts.
  • Solid track record in outbound sales.
  • Able to navigate complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive and flexible in a fast-changing environment.
