Overview

As a Partner Launch Manager at Xplor, you will be responsible for onboarding partners and managing the integration process, contributing to the development of a wide range of payment solutions.

In Short

  • Join the Xplor Pay vertical focused on payment solutions.
  • Onboard partners and manage the onboarding process.
  • Develop an understanding of integration options and partner organizations.
  • Train partners on Xplor resources to promote self-service.
  • Communicate product features and benefits to partners.
  • Complete the Partner Onboarding process and track completion dates.
  • Lead partners through beta phases and certification.
  • Identify marketing opportunities for the long-term partner manager.
  • Work fully remote with eligible working rights in the USA.
  • Salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 with potential for bonuses.

Requirements

  • Must have payments experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • 2 years of experience managing ISV partners preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft programs.
