Overview

The Manager, Launch role at Owner.com is responsible for leading a team of Launch Specialists to ensure the success of new restaurant clients through effective onboarding processes and customer success strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer success or account management.
• 2+ years in a leadership position.
• Fluency in English (C1/C2 preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with data leverage capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the restaurant tech industry is a plus.
