Requirements

  • 12+ years in software alliance leadership.
  • 8+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse alliance organizations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to develop strategies with measurable success.
  • Strong business acumen in EMEA markets.
  • Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior leadership effectively.
