The Senior Sales Manager - Strategic Commercial delivers sales results against growth revenue targets through leadership and management of a team of Account Executives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive sales management experience in software or technology.
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven sales track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Ability to manage and coach a diverse team of sales professionals.
  • Exceptional communication skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to lead teams in managing multiple complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to negotiate pricing while retaining value.

  • On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: 266,000 - 428,000 USD Annual.
