Overview

The Senior Sales Manager delivers sales results against growth revenue targets through leadership and management of a team of Account Executives and/or Solution Sales Executives, focusing on developing and executing sales strategies while ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Understanding of the SaaS business model.
  • Proven sales track record in selling complex technology solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Ability to negotiate pricing effectively.
  • Executive presence to communicate at senior levels.
  • Ability to coach a diverse team of sales professionals.
