As an Executive Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor), you’ll play a critical role in delivering a high-touch experience for executive candidates and senior stakeholders.

In Short

• Coordinate and schedule executive interviews with senior stakeholders.
• Manage high-touch scheduling logistics across multiple time zones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive candidates.
• Ensure a white-glove experience for executive candidates.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including agendas and materials.
• Arrange candidate travel as needed.
• Maintain accurate data in Workday and Gem.
• Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes.
• Support additional recruiting coordination initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating complex interview scheduling for executives.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and handle sensitive information.
• Experience with calendar management tools like Workday or Gem.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving.

Benefits

• Salary range in the US: $86,000.00 - $138,000.00.
