Overview

As a Senior Business Operations Analyst, you will be the driving force behind data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll partner with leaders to gain a deep understanding of complex business problems and develop end-to-end analytical solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Build metric dashboards based on business requirements.
• Liaise with technical analytics engineers to access, validate, and automate data feeds.
• Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Transform raw data into mission-critical metrics and insights.
• Act as a key liaison across business functions like Customer & Partner Experience, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• Provide recommendations tied directly to business strategy and market insights.
• Ensure the right information is leveraged to empower the business.
• Meet critical deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Minimal travel for internal meetings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in roles with analytical responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree will be considered in lieu of experience.
• Experience in customer success organizations within the SaaS industry preferred.
• Familiarity with analytic and visualization tools: SQL, Python, Quicksight, and Workiva preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead client and stakeholder discussions.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Reliable internet access for remote work.

Benefits

• Salary range: $128,000.00 - $205,000.00.
• Discretionary bonus typically paid annually.
