In Short

  • Proactively identify and close new institutional buyers via outreach.
  • Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with high-potential customers.
  • Develop and refine targeting strategies for institutions and commercial customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
  • Manage proposal development and support compliance for government procurement.
  • Use CRM tools to track pipeline progress and sales metrics.
  • Help recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing B2B sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in HVAC or industrial supply.
  • HVAC industry knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in outbound sales and customer acquisition.
  • Experience selling to institutional customers.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to win.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
