In Short

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop an ecosystem of lead generation, pipeline progression, and services delivery partners for our NA Applications business.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market programs with partners.
  • Manage full-lifecycle of bringing on a new partner.
  • Work closely with key Strategic Partnerships counterparts in EMEA and APAC.
  • Hold regular cadences with partners to provide a holistic view of partnership activities.
  • Manage and track partnerships against Applications pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Drive urgency around partnerships and help sales teams engage the right partners.
  • Work closely with sales teams to navigate partner ecosystem during sales cycles.
  • Build out global relationship maps with key leaders at partner firms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on business development and sales cycle support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales/business development or partner management.
  • Experience working with consulting firms and SIs is a plus.
  • Pipeline management and understanding sales rhythms.
  • Experience developing executive-level relationships.
  • Ability to mobilize multiple stakeholders across parallel workstreams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Impressive business and financial acumen.
  • Curiosity and creativity to build go-to-market programs.
  • Experience in a startup or emerging growth technology company is an asset.
