In Short

  • Acts as a senior strategic business partner to internal and external constituents to optimize growth and retention of Alma’s strategic partnerships.
  • Builds and manages relationships with key external stakeholders, ensuring that partnerships are aligned with company objectives.
  • Tracks the performance of partnerships, measures impact, and continuously optimizes partnership strategies.
  • Works closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Assesses the competitive environment and develops retention and sales strategies.
  • Leads all new initiatives required to evolve the partner’s programs.
  • Leads partnership presentations related to strategic planning and business results.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of account management experience, within healthcare.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and resolve disputes with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated skills in conflict management and negotiation.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Passionate about making mental healthcare more accessible.
