In Short

  • Manage and scale a portfolio of existing channel partners and strategic alliances.
  • Source and grow new channel partners and strategic alliances.
  • Identify new areas of growth for Brex's partnership ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with sales reps to convert partner-generated pipeline.
  • Execute co-marketing initiatives and events.
  • Lead strategic alliance and channel partner QBRs.
  • Work cross-functionally to strengthen partnership operations.
  • Travel frequently to deepen relationships with partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships and/or sales.
  • Understanding of the B2B fintech ecosystem.
  • Experience with revenue responsibility and exceeding quota targets.
  • Strong business acumen and relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
