Overview

As the Vice President, Partners and Alliances, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and scaling our partner success ecosystem to ensure a high-quality partner function from sourced revenue through to effective delivery.

In Short

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Vendavo’s partner program.
  • Identify and onboard strategic partners that align with Vendavo’s business imperatives.
  • Partner with internal functional teams to develop scalable frameworks for partner engagement.
  • Collaborate to design and oversee partner onboarding and training programs.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure partner performance and program effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement co-sell and co-delivery models.
  • Drive partner support scalability with a robust support framework.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives to enhance partner value delivery.
  • Act as an advocate for partners within Vendavo.
  • Foster a collaborative culture supporting open communication.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner management or strategic alliances.
  • Proven track record of developing partner programs that drive revenue.
  • Experience with scaling partner programs.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with SaaS or enterprise software solutions is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.
  • Industry experience with commercial systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
