Overview

As the Vice President, Partner Sales, you will define the vision, strategy and lead the partner sales organization. You will be responsible for building partner revenue growth, market expansion, and enhancing partner relationships to drive customer adoption in the APAC theater.

  • Define and execute a partner-first strategy tailored to APAC's diverse markets.
  • Recruit, enable, and scale key partners to drive indirect revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new partner-initiated opportunities.
  • Establish partnerships in key verticals such as financial services and telecom.
  • Lead and motivate the partner organization to achieve goals.
  • Oversee partner performance and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Foster a collaborative culture within the team.
  • Forecast partner business and achieve revenue goals.
  • Track key performance indicators for partner success.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of proven success in sales and partner management.
  • 8+ years of experience managing partner directors and managers.
  • Experience in recruiting and managing channels.
  • Understanding of the APAC partner ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in forecasting and meeting revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in sales efficiency technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong sales management expertise.
  • Ability to prioritize and create strategic plans.
  • Willingness to travel (approx 50%+ of the time).
