Overview

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate with the People Team and organizational leaders to drive HR initiatives and support talent management, engagement, and performance management.

  • Provides consultation on employee issues and performance management.

  • Collaborates with teams for effective communication of HR initiatives.
  • Drives initiatives regarding culture and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition for onboarding experiences.
  • Stays informed of industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
  • Ability to utilize HR data for decision-making.
  • Experience in project management and change management.
  • Technical expertise in employee relations and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to establish effective relationships across all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a multi-national organization preferred.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
